Our caregiver is the best. Visiting Angels has been responsive and easy to work with to get in home care for my 98 year old mother.<br>The office personnel was responsive in making changes to our schedule as needed.

When my father-in-law was in need of some in home care, I turned to Visiting Angels and my long time contact, Elyse. As I expected, when she arrived at his home to assess his needs, she was met with some resistance. This was a man who was not really ready to relinquish his independence. With the most unbelievable care and compassion, Elyse was able to take down his walls. He realized that she was someone he could trust and agreed to have care begin. Elyse continued to stay in touch with him, and it was clear that they became connected. I remember years ago when Elyse cared for her own parents, and I see that same dedication coming through for those in our community who need the services Visiting Angels offers. Of course, the caregivers from the agency take over, but Elyse prides herself in staying in touch with each family to be sure they are well cared for. Recommend 100%
