Denise has worked with my mom and I for the last 3 years. She is a professional, an excellent communicator and makes you feel like a part of her family, not just another client. Beverly Williams was great with my mom. She was not only a caretaker for mom but was also a friend, she also cared about her wellbeing. I would recommend Visiting Angels to anyone who needs to work with an extension of their family. The team goes above and beyond at all times.

I, as the caregiver for my father, was definitely not going well.He needed more physical help than I could manage after his back surgery and quite a few set backs post surgery. I met with Kelly in his home and she walked me through their offerings for support. I chose and O’Neal arrived the very next morning. He not only helped my dad but guided me on why my father was responding to me in the way that he was. He offered solutions and recommendations that worked. I became calmer and less stressed as did my dad. If you’re wondering if they can help you, don’t! Pick up the phone and let them help you!

My mom was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia earlier this year (2025). I spent weeks trying to figure out the best move for her and felt I kept coming up empty-handed, with generic directions and not much in the way of what next steps I need to take to get her the proper help. Well, my mom loves watching the Hallmark Channel. Late one evening, I saw a commerical for Visiting Angels, so the following day, I reached out. Kelly McDermott reached out and she has been nothing short of amazing. She guided me on what I should do and how I should attempt my next moves. I also had to leave to go out of town twice, once for work in mid-October (2025) and once again for personal reasons at the end of October. Kelly worked it out to make sure I had caregivers around the clock for my mom while I was away. Both Paula and Jacinth were awesome, keeping a sharp eye on her, assisting her, while I was away. I also asked Kelly some information on what to do going forward with placement for my mom and she immediately shared some direct links on a couple people that could help guide me on my next steps (which I did and am working on FINALLY getting her the right/proper help). I know why those that work at Visiting Angels are called that - because Kelly and the team were indeed...angels. At a down time when I needed help the most, she was there to assist and I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend them for any assistance ANYONE may have concerning dealing with a parent, family member, relative or friend suffering with any form of mental health. I'm blessed and grateful for all the assistance. Reach out if you need help - they are TRULY there to assist! Thank you so very much for all you've done and helped me with. Forever blessed!

Where can I even begin.? To say Lori Dahan and Jeff Koruntur of Visiting Angels in Delray have been my lifesavers, would be an understatement of enormous depths. I had no idea what to do or where to begin when my father fell ill. They sent me a gift from god- Nory Ortiz. The most perfect fit, as if she was born into our family but gifted with patience beyond imaginable. If you are in need of home health services look no further. From the paperwork to the follow up to the constant checking in with genuine concern. I cannot rave enough! Thank you! Thank you! And thank you!
