A great Senior Home care company. My father was going to stay with us for over a month. He is 93, but needs to have someone around at all times because sometimes he can be unsteady on his feet. Me and my wife both work full time jobs. The owner of the company personally came to the house to tell us about his company and what they offer. Everyone that works for his company go through a strict background check to make sure he has the best people working for them. He was able to accommodate our schedule. We had three different home care workers because of scheduling and they all did a great job. They made sure my dad was taking care of. We have three dogs and they were fine with them. I highly recommend Visiting Angels.

Visiting angels of Bensalem is exactly what you call it , angels as many clients/patients would say. In today’s world we think just because a home care company is prestigious and cost alots the care would be too; wrong. Unlike most visiting angels is straight forward and easy , from travel reimbursement for patients/clients appointment especially with these gas prices to best work flexibility when it comes to school / kids and just life itself. The team @ the Bensalem location is very communicative , clear concise which make patient care just the same and leaving little to no margin of error. If you don’t like reading long reviews that are honest , I would 130% trust visiting angels with my Memory care grandfather 10/10 times over because it’s consistency and going Above and beyond and not complacency like most Home care company. In my short 3 year honorably discharged Army Medic carry I learned it’s the people that make a difference and Visiting Angels does nothing short of just that. Based on just the Bensalem location alone I would trust all and recommended every location with no fear in mind when it comes to my love one and I take my family very seriously .

Emily is warm and approachable with the onboarding process. Tina is the complete opposite, and appeared aggressive during my visits to the office. I don’t understand, how you can have someone go through the hiring process, pass a drug test, bring them onboard, call them once then tell them you’ll find a shift when something comes up, just to never call back return calls, or get them on a scheduled shift. They do things the old fashioned way through email, thank god this was a part time option. Hopefully they have better structure, demeanor, and drive to schedule caregivers in the future.
