From the very start of our experience with Visiting Angels until the end these folks are amazing. We want to stay in touch with them in case we need them in the future! They took the time to listen to our needs, met with us in person and provided us with the caring support that we needed for my mom. Even for last minute requests they always made a huge effort to take care of our family. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and they also were able to help us communicate with our long-term insurance health care provider. I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels at Alameda!

Visiting Angels of Alameda made the process of selecting the best care for my mom, easy and obvious. Their sincere process and communication skills brought us all, much comfort. They treated my mom with respect and included her in all the planning conversations, earnestly and with purpose, which we appreciated very much. The team at Visiting Angels is beyond perfection. Andrew, Heleine and Cindy were each models of total client-focus and answered all our questions with professionalism and with this very natural and much appreciated, beautiful kindness. These are tough discussions and tough decisions that loved ones are tasked with making and Alameda Visiting Angels made us feel understood and valued which helped us make important and the best decisions about my mom’s care.

As a Hospice Chaplain, and personally; I know how important it is to find the right caregivers. I am so grateful Andrew has provided an exceptional option in Alameda and the surrounding areas with this Visiting Angels. I first met Andrew when he was working with funeral services and he helped with final arrangements for my former husband. I found his care and compassion to be so helpful at a difficult time. When I heard he was started a business to help people find compassionate and skilled caregivers, I knew many will benefit from this service. I highly recommend Visiting Angels in Alameda.

Visiting Angels was like having family take care of my loved one. My son had outpatient surgery and Norma was a great companion. Norma was in his words the best, she showed concern and empathy. To me that means she truly cares about people and is in the right profession.I was once told the best thank you, you can give a company is a good review. I can't speak highly enough about Andrew of Visiting Angels, Alameda, and his caregiver angels. From the first phone call, I was met with professionalism and a caring "don't worry, we've got you covered" attitude. When Andrew showed up the next day with my mom's caregiver, I just knew we had the perfect match. What a relief it is to know that your parents are well taken care of. If you are in need of a kind, patient, cheerful angel to take care of an elderly loved one, you can rely on Andrew to fulfill your needs.
