Dian as professional and helpful from the first call she was able to provide all the information necessary to be able to set up care immediately. She was so easy to work with compassionate and kind. I’ve never experienced such wonderful customer service. When it comes to healthcare you want somebody who’s gonna give care and treat your family like you would and I wouldn’t feel safer with my family being in anyone else’s care. I had the pleasure of working with Dian and CeCe And they were both so friendly, kind, considerate, compassionate, and always on time for their shifts. they made the paperwork very easy to handle and was quick to process. The method of payment is very easy to use and her ability to staff based on our needs immediately was a godsend. I would definitely recommend VIP in-home care services LLC to any family in the area that’s looking for amazing care at an affordable price by the friendliest kindness. People in the business their attention to detail cleanliness, thoroughness, and caretaking is what anyone would want for their family members. We were in an emergency situation, needing home healthcare and they were able to assist us were so kind and friendly. I wouldn’t want to work with another agency or with anyone else I had such a feeling of calm and relief leaving my family and their care. There are so many agency in the area charging various prices, but you’re not going to get the care, compassion, cleanliness, and attention to detail like you well with this agency.
