About Vintage at Bremerton

Vintage at Bremerton is an independent living community in Bremerton, Washington, with 61 reviews averaging 3.7 stars. The property offers apartment-style living in a community with grounds and common amenities.

Experiences here are sharply divided. Families praise individual staff members, one resident noted that maintenance staff "worked on my toilet until about 9:30 at night" and replaced it the next day, and describe the physical space as quiet and well-maintained. Some residents report making new friendships and feeling welcomed by leasing office staff. However, a majority of reviews cite serious frustrations with management responsiveness and maintenance timelines. Multiple families describe being unable to reach the office by phone, email, or in person, and report repairs taking months or years to complete. One resident is still waiting on several fixes after a few years, including a bathtub faucet and pipe leak. Families also flag concerns about security (package theft, an unsecured gate), insufficient laundry facilities, inconsistent rule enforcement, and frequent staff turnover.

The 3.7-star rating reflects this inconsistency: five-star reviews highlight individual staff kindness and a pleasant living environment, while one-star reviews describe management as unresponsive and the complex as poorly maintained operationally. Prospective residents should weigh the building's appearance and amenities against documented challenges with office accessibility and repair follow-through.

New Leasing Agent Brendon is friendly, kind, and sharp. He helped me with my issue. I would highly recommend setting an appointment to meet him to tour the property and yes the management team in place makes it a great place to live. The new Regional Director for Vintage is an experienced professional with resident concerns foremost in mind.

Awesome management team here - Chastity is kind, caring, upbeat and works tirelessly on behalf of the residents - same for her entire team. They work well together. This place has continuously improved since she arrived. More activities going on, things work, peoples’ lives have benefited.

Very nice the apartment was very nice and homey, but I think I’m going to try to go to Sequim location . I’m more country than city.

I first have to say I truly like living here. I have made quite a few new acquaintances and possible friends, I have high standards....

The thing people should understand is there will always be a variety of people in apartment living. You will have the thieves, I can name a few, yet won't. There are the intolerable narcissists who only talk to you when they need something from you, I can name them as well. You will have the misogynists, yep, I can name them as well.

The thing I can't tollerate in apartments is the ones who:

1. Have no right to be there per the lease that we signed.

2. Is considered dangerous because he has attacked people several times. Threatened to kill several residents.

3. The lease holder doesn't care about what the lease says.

4. The lease holder gets away with it, has for over 2 years that I know of, I have been told it has been 10 plus years.

5. A property manager has been maybe 3 to 6 months before they take off and so there is never any follow through.

6. When new people move in we try to tell them about the guy so he doesn't attack them.

7. We have a new property manager here who stated that she isn't going anywhere. We will find out in 6 months if she really does. Hopefully she actually follows through with getting rid of this guy that terrifies everyone here!!

Like I said, I really love living here, but no one should have to carry around pepper spray because they are terrified of being attacked.

This is a 55+ apartment, not a regular apartment complex where there are no rules to follow.
