It is a lovely place for my mother. She moved in a few months ago and the staff is so nice. Big shout out to April, Greg, and Chef Rashon for making everyone feel welcome. Very happy with the decision to move here

Such a lovely community. We moved my mother here a few months ago and it has been great. Lots of entertainment, activities, and the staff do a great job of taking care of her needs. Management is always available and get issues resolved quickly. 10/10.

I am frustrated that I continue to pay for services my family member is not consistently receiving. Basic responsibilities are only being completed properly about half of the time, and medication management has been an ongoing issue for months.<br><br>Despite multiple complaints to management and repeated assurances that the problem would be corrected, medications continue to be left in my family member's room instead of being properly administered. This occurred again on June 1 and June 2. The same staff member entered the apartment and left the medications behind, even after management had been made aware of the situation.<br><br>On both days, I remained at the facility until later in the evening and observed several staff members leaving around 5:00 p.m., including the employee who left the medications. Staff did not appear to return until shortly before 7:00 p.m. It raises concerns about supervision and accountability during those hours.<br><br>I am extremely disappointed with the management team's response. Family concerns have been raised repeatedly, yet the issues persist. Rather than taking meaningful action, management has been dismissive and has failed to adequately address ongoing problems within the facility.<br><br>I hope this review encourages leadership to improve oversight, communication, and the quality of care provided to residents.
