Village Park is a corporate endeavor disguised as a caring facility. Most people in this area knows how a corporate facility is run. Cut costs to improve profits. My parents in law were here and thought because they'd be basically paying 10k per month would actually get 10k worth of amenities. Yeah. NOPE.

Village park Milton has great nursing leadership and a great administrative team that allows the facility to provide exceptional care. The staff are very caring, and the team puts a lot of work in to ensure the residents are comfortable and happy.

Ashley is amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to answer every question with patience and clarity and she consistently went above and beyond. Her warm personality and attention to detail truly reflect the high standard of care at Village Park.

Ashley Lutes was extremely friendly and gracious, making us feel welcome and valued as she gave us an extensive tour of the amenities of Village Park Milton. She was attentive to the particular needs and desires of our group and addressed any questions and concerns in the tour. She cares deeply about helping people make the right decision for senior living. It was apparent that all the staff were vested in Village Park and genuinely cared for the wellbeing of the residents!
