Norma and the team exceeded our expectations of what an experience like this would be. Moving a loved one to a facility is never an easy decision, but I knew the moment I walked in that this was a good fit. Norma sets the tone and the staff follow in suit with unmatched care, compassion, tenderness and professionalism. Could not recommend Village Green highly enough.

Village Green in the Woodlands is a fantastic facility. We had our mother at a different facility before moving her to this one. We looked at many memory care centers in the Spring/Woodlands area. From the moment we walked in to meet Norma everything was perfect. She fully understands the needs of the residents from first hand experience and years of being on the job. The building was clean and fresh, which is not common in most facilities. I was at the facility about every other day for the two years that my mom was there and it always smelled fresh and clean. It truly has a family feel and visitors are always welcome. Not only is Norma amazing, but the staff that works there are all very caring and generous and are skilled to assist with the needs of the residents. Village Green does a good job of making sure that there are activities to keep everyone happy and safe. They offer 3 prepared meals a day that are nutritious and taste good. They even have a hair dresser come to provide services to residents. The price for Village Green is very reasonable for an all inclusive care facility- almost everything is provided. It is hard when it becomes necessary to put your love one in a care facility but with Village Green I was confident my mom was given the best care possible. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to care for their family members.

My family was blessed to have my mother be a resident of this facility in her final stages of Alzheimer’s . As a physician, I know how hard it is to provide quality memory care. This facility is lovely, well-maintained, and always clean. The staff loved my mother like she was one of their own family members. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother.<br><br>If you are in need of this type of care, please visit the facility. You will not be disappointed.

We moved Mom to Village Green - Woodlands a year ago after a year in another memory care unit. We did a lot of research and every recommendation came back to VG - Woodlands. After our initial meeting with the director Norma Del Castillo, we were sold. Norma is a compassionate, responsive, hands-on leader and her team reflects her leadership.<br><br>The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and inviting with dedicated bathrooms. The unit is decorated with motivational and religous art and is very welcoming.<br><br>When Mom started to transition, Norma was honest and helped us through the tough decision to place Mom in hospice. The hospice team was incredible (Bayou City Hospice) and the hospice nurses echoed that they have not worked in a better memory care unit than Village Green - Woodlands.<br><br>We highly recommend Norma and her team.

My mom has been here for over a year and I could not be happier with the care and respect from the team towards her. I trust the entire team. Norma is the best manager and really loves all of the residents. I am very blessed to have found this place for my mom.
