Our loved one was at Village Forest. We thought this was a wonderful facility and that our family member was going to be safe and well cared for. Instead, we found out that there was intentional neglect by caregivers who didn’t want to do their job, and most disturbing, abuse at the hands of at least one caregiver. This review is to make families of current and future residents aware that the owners are dishonest. If there is an issue, they create fake incident reports and cover up what takes place in their facility.

This is a wonderful facility with caring and attentive staff. Every time I stop by, the residents are engaged, food is cooking and the residents look happy. I highly recommend!

Village Forest Care Cottage is such an amazing place. When my father fell and needed rehabilitation the staff here was amazing. Great atmosphere and such an attentive staff. Liz the director made our transition in and out so easy and heartfelt. I highly recommend if you are in need of a wonderful place for a loved one. Thanks so much to all the ladies who were there for my Dad.❤️

We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown at Village Forrest. The staff treat residents with genuine kindness, patience, and respect and it truly feels like a community rather than an institution. They take the time to understand each resident’s needs and personalities, which brings great peace of mind to families. The facility is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for safety and comfort. Knowing our mother is treated with dignity and care means everything to us. We highly recommend this facility to any family seeking quality memory care.

Angie is a really nice person and kind hearted, even all of the caregivers. The place is beautiful and it makes you feel like home. I’ve been recommended to this place various times. When I get old this is where I want to be
