I’m writing this review for two reasons: first, because it was requested and I gave my word; and second, because it is genuinely deserved. Although I wasn’t able to secure a bed for my loved one at Richmond Health Care, I want to acknowledge Ross for his effort, kindness, and dedication. His spirit and professionalism stood out, and he was the main reason I was hoping for a favorable outcome. I truly believed my loved one would have been well cared for under his watch. While the final decision was disappointing, it ultimately provided clarity and allowed me to learn what I needed to from the other facility being considered. For that, I’m grateful — and I still deeply appreciate the effort and compassion shown along the way.
