Would not even give 1 star. My grandma was here 8 days. Was given cold food the entire time she was there. Lost a lot of weight from not eating. No one even told us she wasn't eating. You could see her bones. They gave her pain medicine that kept her out of it. The physical therapist when I was there today did not even know her name when taking her back to her room. Called her by another name. Other people in the facility were complaining about the food also while I was there. She also was not allowed to leave her room, even though every one else was allowed.

Village Care of King gave us something we didn’t expect during a tough time, real peace of mind. The staff treats your loved one like family, and somehow they find a way to take care of you too. If you’re nervous about who to trust, this is the place that makes that decision feel right.

A young lady from this facility called about my mother and her vaccinations. She was so nice and let me talk about all the things I was worried about for as long as I wanted. I know she must have been very busy but she never rushed me and answered all my questions. I felt so much better after talking with her. Such caring people there!

Our family cannot thank the team at Village Care enough for the incredible love and attention they showed my husband's grandparents. It was so clear that the staff absolutely loved them both. Seeing them happy and well-cared for gave our family such peace of mind. It’s a beautifully managed facility filled with people who genuinely care.
