⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s hard to put into words how much the Activities Department means to the residents and their families. The care, patience, and enthusiasm they bring each day make such a positive difference. Ashlyn W. has created an environment where residents aren’t just passing the time—they’re truly engaged, smiling, laughing, and making memories. The daily activities are always thoughtful and creative, with something for everyone to enjoy. Whether it’s crafts, games, music, holiday celebrations, or special events, you can tell a lot of time and heart go into planning each one. It’s wonderful to see residents encouraged to participate, socialize, and have fun. As a family member, it brings so much comfort knowing our loved one is surrounded by people who genuinely care. The kindness, compassion, and dedication shown every day don’t go unnoticed. Thank you for making King Health & Rehabilitation Center feel like more than just a facility—it feels like a community. Five stars all the way!

Choosing a place for your loved one is one of the hardest decisions you’ll ever have to make, and I can honestly say this facility gave me peace of mind. From the moment my family member arrived, the staff were kind, attentive, and truly caring. They took the time to communicate with us, answer our questions, and make sure our loved one felt comfortable and supported. The therapy team worked closely with them every day and we saw real progress, which meant everything to our family. The building is clean, welcoming, and you can tell the staff take pride in what they do. No place is perfect, but what matters is how people treat you and this team treats residents like family. I would absolutely trust them again.

I would not give this place a one star. Some of the nurses ( Brandie) is excellent. She cares about her patients go above what she has to for them. When my mom got sick the other night I was told we couldn't have a private room to be with her during her passing, we have a big family. That was Wednesday, Thursday moring they gave us one because a lot of staff and nurses was fussing about not giving us room to say goodbye to our mother. Wanda from D hall was good and loving with mom . When they moved her she kelpt coming and checking on her and me..The night shift nurse Rita was awesome. She went above and beyond her duties to help and take care of us. Even when she was a nurse for 2 halls that night which is rediculous. They need uper management . Director and DON are not worth the money they are paying them. I know that a lot of the residents out there now are homeless people they have no family , so they can do what they want with them . If you can get up and do some stuff for yourself you're good but bed ridden not so good. Don't know with everthing that has happened out there that state doen't do something about it or medicar, or medicaid. Believe me I've told everyone that I could and I'm not finished yet. I have pictures of what my mom looked like while in there and documented it all..
