My loved one died at the hands of the incompetent nursing staff at this place. Id beg anyone to never ever allow their loved ones to even step foot into this place!!!!!!!!

My mom was sent to this rehab facility after a bad UTI and Uro Sepsis. This place quite literally barely kept her alive. We had multiple care conferences with Joelle, the nursing director who never took accountability for the complete neglect my mom faced in this absolute hell hole of a facility, she was condescending and argumentative. My mom was left in dirty briefs for hours and is diabetic and never had her blood sugar checked, or insulin given properly. Their "physician" decided it would be a great idea to change up her whole insulin regimen, one that was perfectly fine and working the way it was. Needless to say, she got almost zero physical therapy and rehabilitation. She ended up back in the hospital, blood sugar extremely deadly high and onto another bout with sepsis and extremely high lactate levels. She has a moisture rash that is almost unmanageable at this point from not being changed ever. These people do not have the training or knowledge to care for skilled nursing individuals, and instead of sending someone to the hospital when warranted, they try to keep them there under their care for as long as possible to get their insurance money. Hospital doctors think she has been having seizures from not receiving her seizure medication correctly and explained to us upon her admittance how badly she truly was neglected here. If you or your loved one wants to survive let alone thrive, please take my word for it and DO NOT go to this facility. I could go on and on. I am completely heartbroken over the lack of humanity and basic human life respect this place possesses.

Beautiful place ❤️ I recommend for your parents who need help 24/7 👍🏻 All workers are doing amazing things for their residents! Food is really delicious and plates are always served pretty! ❤️

Great facility, amazing staff. They are very easy to work with, quick and responsive! I have had family here and I am very satisfied with the care and outcomes! Would absolutely recommend!

Really, it’s one thing to not trust reviews. It’s another thing to not have any reviews? This place wouldn’t seem so sketchy if there wasn’t one review with three of the same word three times how are people going to know what your location is truly like if there’s no feedback?
