As a healthcare professional, I have been extremely frustrated by the lack of communication regarding patient care coordination. Open and timely communication is essential to ensuring patients receive the best possible care. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone to discuss a patient's care despite calling multiple times. Today alone, I spent over 30 minutes on hold across two separate calls without speaking to a single representative. This level of inaccessibility makes it very difficult to effectively coordinate care and advocate for patients' needs. I hope improvements are made to provide more reliable support and communication.

Staff don't care. They talk all day. The residents are crying and they ignore them. The workers are rude. There are 6 right now in the TV room, 5 women are talking drinking coffee having a good time. The other one (man) is taking vitals. These workers are subpar The facility is clean though.

I recently called today at 1130am the number that was provided here and there was a lady that was very disrespectful. All I wanted was their manager to ask for an opportunity to apply for their housekeeping and dietary aide. Why is it that I can't find a job but there's plenty of rude people that can get a job with a quickness.... This sucks.
