i wouldn't let my DOG be here let alone a loved one. BEDBUGS ARE HORRIBLE to the point to where its in the residents hair. i'm disgusted.

This facility is extremely unprofessional and has serious concerns that need to be addressed. There are ongoing bed bug issues, and multiple residents have been getting bitten throughout the night. It is unacceptable for residents to be living in these conditions, and proper action needs to be taken immediately to ensure their safety
