My mother lived here for a few months , the owner Paul spicola completely neglected her and the other residents from bed bug infestation , roaches , frozen food 24-7 and one staff member on the clock at all times that's illegal for how many people live there, I don't see how they ant shut down I recommend DO NOT let someone u actually love live here I feel sorry for the workers there
