What a great place! Very professional and friendly staff. My husband was there after surgery and had excellent care! We would highly recommend Victoria Post Acute Care..

Very concerning and negligent practices here. They claimed my uncle was discharged under families decision all the meanwhile we were advocating for him to stay to make a full recovery, even so far as appealing the decision. On top of that, they discharged him to us while he was experiencing severe case of pneumonia, we had to call paramedics within 15 min of his arrival and he was in the ER within an hour of being home with us. The paramedics that dropped him off from Victoria even told us he was continuously throwing up as they nurses were ushering them out of he care facility. The doctors at the hospital were concerned when we told them he had been at a cafe facility and said that those symptoms would have been visible well before, even a few days before bringing him in. There were many other indicators of neglect here but these were the most concerning. I'll be reporting them wherever possible but in the meantime wanted to put out a warning for loved ones of patients here to be advised to advocate strongly for your family who may unfortunately be sent here.
