My 104 year old mother stayed at this facility for about six days, and we had a very positive experience. The facility was very clean, and the staff was consistently friendly, helpful, patient, and respectful. My mother also said the food was fantastic. A special thank you to the case worker, Karmina, who was very helpful with my mother’s discharge. I would also like to apologize for my mother’s behavior at times. She was very eager to return home even before arriving, and when she sets her mind to something, she can be quite tenacious. My family truly appreciates the staff’s patience and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for your care and kindness.

I am writing this review out of deep concern for the treatment of my elderly uncle while he was at this facility. Our family has witnessed multiple situations that raised serious red flags about patient care, responsiveness, and basic dignity. My uncle required assistance and attentive care, yet there were repeated delays in staff responding to call buttons and requests. On several occasions, concerns were brought to staff and were either minimized or brushed off instead of being addressed with urgency or compassion. For a facility entrusted with vulnerable and elderly patients, this lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. What was most upsetting was the overall attitude and culture we observed. While there are a few staff members who try their best, there seems to be a broader issue with empathy, professionalism, and accountability. Elderly patients—many of whom cannot advocate for themselves—deserve to be treated with patience, respect, and humanity. Unfortunately, that was not consistently reflected in our experience. Cleanliness, communication, and patient dignity should be the bare minimum in a care facility. Families should not have to worry about whether their loved ones are being ignored, mishandled, or spoken to dismissively. I strongly urge families considering this facility to visit often, ask questions, and advocate aggressively for their loved ones. Our experience left us deeply concerned for the safety and well-being of patients who do not have family present to speak up for them.

ELLIE IS THE WORST. If I could give this place negative 100 stars, I would. This is hands down the worst facility I’ve ever encountered. Please do NOT bring your loved one here. I want to start with the nurse supervisor, Ellie. She is extremely rude, careless, and shows zero empathy toward patients, visitors, or even her own staff. She constantly talks down to people and behaves as if she is superior. When concerns are raised, instead of listening, she lectures and dismisses them. Her attitude alone is alarming for someone in a leadership role. What’s most disturbing is the lack of genuine care for patients. While some staff members are kind, the rest are rude, inattentive, and careless. It takes them hours and hours to answer the assist button and when you call the facility they make you wait over 40 minutes for someone to finally answer. Keep in mind, I was there everyday and they were all on their phones doing nothing. I personally witnessed a patient making noise and a nurse physically poking her to silence her. Another patient clearly needed her diaper changed, she repeatedly pointed to it while I walked by. I informed the nurse, and his response was, “Oh, she always does that,” and nothing was done. The facility itself is dirty, medications are administered improperly (including being double-fed), and basic patient dignity is ignored. I genuinely fear for the safety and well-being of the patients who are unable to advocate for themselves. If you care about your family member’s health and life, do not send them here. Also worth noting: Google reviews appear to be deleted, which explains why the rating is misleadingly high. I will be escalating this to higher authorities because what is happening here is unacceptable, and the patients deserve far better.

Great skilled nursing facility! My father is currently here and he loves it. The food is great compared to hospitals and other SNFs. The physical therapists are amazing and the nurses and other care takers are all wonderful. Highly recommend this facility for yourself or a loved one.

I was lucky enough to receive a thorough tour from Esmy, Director of Admissions. Very nice facility, I felt staff were friendly and polite and also taking great care of the residents. One thing that stuck out to me was the nice outdoor space.
