Honest Review: There has been a severe roach infestation . Over the past 3 months. During this time, 9 residents have passed away 🙏🏽, and at least 4 residents transferred to other facilities, which is understandable given the conditions of this facility. Additionally, medications are being administered by individuals who are not certified in the state of Texas, which is a serious concern for resident safety.

This is a truly wonderful place for elderly care. The staff is kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to every resident’s needs. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The meals are also excellent nutritious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared every day. Overall, it’s a place where you can feel confident your loved ones are being well cared for.

Went with a friend to visit one of their family members who has a private room and the staff greeted us with a friendly 'hello'. It is nice to be able to visit in a comfortable place. There are so many activities planned along with a monthly field trip that are fun and engaging. They offer convenient amenities like on-site physical therapy and medical checkups.

My name is Tiffany Anderson I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care my grandmother receives at Veranda House Assisted Living.From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. The staff is incredibly compassionate and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy and comfortable. The facilities are clean, bright, and filled with engaging activities that keep everyone active and connected. My grandmother loves participating in the art classes and social events, which have truly enriched her life. Additionally, the sense of community here is heartwarming. It's comforting to know that my grandmother is surrounded by caring individuals who treat her like family. Great Place!!! Entrance was very welcoming and staff is always friendly. Janet is super helpful and knowledgable and has been running assisted living homes for over 20 years!!! Would recommend to a friend. Thank you Veranda House Senior Living for sponsoring our return home from deployment crawfish boil.
