My sister has been at Valley View for 2 years and our family couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. She knows all the staff and they treat her with love, dignity and respect. The Activities are exceptional!!! Everyday is filled with multiple fun projects, cooking and entertainment which all helps to stimulate her mind and body. She receives excellent care including transportation to outside doctor appointments. We can’t say enough about the staff, they are caring, great communicators, compassionate and professional. We feel blessed that she is well taken care and has made a new family and home.

I have the pleasure of giving my thoughts an option of my rehab at valley view care center.I came here from another care center I can say I was on my death bed in the process of dying.I left that center to come here I was a mess I felt that I destroyed every thing that meant something to my family,my children;and my relationship with God.Thru the Grace of God I was given another chance.The place that I am now leaving was the place that God wanted me to be.Hear I blessed to be in the care of some of the best professionals who took care of me helped me get my life together them and grace of God brought me thru.I would tell any who was looking for a place that will help you and love you it's Valley view care center.My 2and half years her was the best experience I had ever known.I can truly say that I Love the people here at VVCC I'm leaving now God bless you all for helping me I will never forget you all thank you.Sheldon Williams🙏🏾

I stayed at Valley View Care Center for three weeks and experienced the best care. Nurse Wendy was very patient, caring, and experienced in changing my wound vac My day aides Jodi and Christina were very kind and always came to my room in a timely manner when I needed help. My Physical Therapists Kim and Jacob did an excellent job getting me strong and walking well and my Occupational Therapist Madalyn helped me gain the confidence I needed to overcome my fear of showering with a wound vac. I would recommend Valley View Care Center to anyone who wants professional, caring, excellent care. Thank you to everyone at Valley View Care Center who helped me become successful at home again.

Our brother John has been at Valley View Care Center for almost a year and we are so grateful. When we enter it's bright and clean with a cordial receptionist at the front desk. On a sunny day, the hallway going to John's room is flooded with bright light. The competent, caring and wonderful staff have been a godsend. Wendy, Jody, Marti, April...the list is long, but you know who you are and this family sees you, along with John and we appreciate you. Running a facility like Vally View is no easy task and nothing is perfect when you have patients who need this level of care. I know this having worked in this building over 40 years ago. It's hard work that takes patience, kindness and understanding...even on your worst day. This profession and these people have a special place in our hearts. So many thanks to you all! The staff is the only good thing about this home. There are some nice people that work there. Management sucks! My dad has gone down hill fast in the place, no one seems to care about that. The place is Not clean! The windows have had Cobwebs for years. Everything is in disrepair and it smells like piss all the time. They do not encourage showers, using the restroom with assistance, eating, drinking and forget about seeing a physical therapist or physician, they are non existent.
