Valley View Apartments is a subsidized senior housing community in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, serving adults 62 years and older, with four specially designed apartments to accommodate individuals with mobility and sensory impairments. Rent is based on approximately 30% of residents' net income, with the remainder subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The community offers spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments, approximately 394 and 535 square feet respectively. All utilities are included in the monthly rent—heat, water, sewer, garbage pickup, and an electric allowance—along with grounds maintenance and snow removal. A Social Service Coordinator is available to help residents locate additional services such as home health care, housekeeping assistance, and utility discount programs.

Valley View Apartments is situated within blocks of a medical facility, pharmacy, grocery store, and shopping venues, and near a zoo and several parks. The location is one block north of Fox's Piggly Wiggly and a mile from Lake Michigan's shoreline on Highway 42, with easy access to Door County.

Monthly activities include bingo, dominoes, puzzle tables, potluck meals, and seasonal activities listed in a printed newsletter. The building features one elevator with easy access to common areas, a laundry center with coin-operated equipment on the second floor, handicapped parking, and a 10-minute loading/unloading zone. Recycling centers are located on each floor.

The community welcomes pets, including fish and birds without deposit, and small dogs and cats with a pet deposit, with a limit of one cat or dog per apartment and certain size and breed restrictions. The office is open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24/7 message service available.
