Valentines is an excellent facility! It has lots of natural light inside and a beautiful open layout, and comfortable outdoor mingling areas to provide a comfortable setting for a loved one. It’s also consistently clean and smells good which was very important to us. My family placed a loved one here this past year after placing 2 family members at their other facility Loving Residence in Red Wing. So at one point they were caring for 3 family members between my wife & I’s families. The staff is kind, courteous, attentive, and professional. They came highly recommended to us from St Croix Hospice and I have highly recommended them to Senior Linkage Lines for others that are struggling to provide extended in home care to a loved and in need of relief. You will not be disappointed!👌

I have no words to truly express just how excellent this facility is. All the staff is very friendly and pleasant. They made my mom very happy in her final days. Provided her with exceptional kindness, care and understanding. To me, the staff treated her like she was their own Grandma. As my mom was facing her final days, the staff offered many things to the visiting family. No words can express my appreciation for everything they have done.
