Exceptional and beyond. Dorothy was kind, caring and engaged during my 8 week recovery from magor surgery. I highly recommend her and this company for in home services.<br>Conntacting them before you go into surgery or hosipal stay ensures cornidation to begin following discgarge. Thank you again Dorothy.

Valencia Home Health Care is who you want to care for your loved one. Dorothy came out and helped us with my husband after his surgery. She was always on time, very caring, and extremely knowledgeable. We recommend them highly, definitely 5 star!

My husband was hospitalized for 2 weeks and needed home health care.The hospital asked me to check out different home health care facilities and the one that stood out was Valencia home health care They had a 5 star rating and I quickly learned why. I called they were very helpful and arraigned to come to our home Dorothy arrived and I have never had someone from a health care facility so helpful and informative. She explained everything, made sure all our questions were answered. Anytime we needed her we just texted her and she would respond. I would not even consider another home health facility if we needed this type of service again Thank you so much Dorothy for everything you did

Valencia Home Health provided exceptional care to my mom over the past year, and I can’t thank them enough for the compassion, skill, and dignity they showed her throughout her journey. Their nurses, therapists, and office staff were consistently warm, supportive, and truly dedicated — there are too many wonderful people to thank individually, but each of them made a meaningful difference to her and to our family. We will always remember Dorothy’s visit on my mom’s final day; seeing my mom smile at her presence and her photos was a priceless gift. Nurse Raquel’s kindness stayed with my mom long after her care ended, and Physical Therapist BJ was always so patient, motivating, and encouraging. We take comfort in knowing my mom is no longer in pain and is now in the loving arms of the Lord. The team’s steady, calming presence helped guide her — and us — to that peaceful place. We are deeply grateful for the heart and dedication poured into her care. We would not hesitate to recommend Valencia Home Health to anyone in need of truly compassionate and exceptional support. I’m glad I found the team of Dorothy, BJ and Michelle. It’s been the most professional company I’ve dealt with considering that I have had different home health before. They are always available to talk to, I have never felt put off and I get my care several times a week for 8 months. My surgeon team at Mayo Clinic in Arizona was very pleased and impressed with this agency. Valencia home health gave me the best and supportive care. This is one of the best most professional and qualified team of home health in Santa Clarita Valley.
