We were very impressed by this facility, which was recommended to us by A Place for Mom. It was basically our top choice -- they simply didn't have a one-bedroom available at the moment, only a studio, which wouldn't have been enough space for our loved one. Natalie was amazing, though -- supportive, kind, asked all the right questions. Clearly, anyone placed in Natalie's care would be well looked after. We're sorry it didn't work out for us! But we encourage anyone looking for a quality placement to tour Valencia at Draper.

Valencia was our first stop on pur journey to find a memory care center for our mom. Natalie gave us a tour and was compassionate and understanding to what we were going through. The memory care wing was clean and beautiful. The outdoor area is also very nice and well kept. The staff was every friendly as well. I would definitely recommend Valencia to anyone who is going through the same thing we were. Thank you Natalie for all your help. I really appreciate it.
