I highly recommend V-Esprit. It is extremely well run with multiple varied activities and a very personable staff. I have lived here 4 months. I was seriously ill with Long Covid; at this point I am the happiest I have been since before my illness. Everyone I have met is very happy here which makes for a very positive environment. My apartment is beautiful, the kitchen extremely well designed. I am grateful I found this senior living community.

Our family member transitioned from his large home in the mountains to a 2 bedroom + sunroom. It had been totally remodeled and looked new. The facility is lovely and the staff are helpful and polite . There are a lot of activities available. Recommend highly!

If you’re looking for an independent living facility that offers many activities, beautiful scenery and affordable housing make sure you check out V-Espirit. That’s just the beginning of what this place offers. The staff makes you feel like family and are very caring and try to meet your every needs! Food is not included but there’s a Bistro next door that is also in the building where you can work out and they have very nice warm pool with a lazy river that can help keep you active as well. The staff also orders food in from different restaurants for a small fee and makes it into a social event at least once a month. My Mom lived there for 7 years and I couldn’t have found a better place for her. She loved her Bingo, Corn Hole, Dominoes and Bocce Ball but mostly she loved all the friends she made and the staff became close friends to her as well. When she passed they were there for me and helped me get thru such a hard time. Please check out this place, you won’t have to look any further!!

My Mother-in-law decided to move from Dallas, where she had lived for over 60 years, to be closer to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren in the Demver area. After researching several retirement communities we decided V-Espirit offered the best facilities and options that suited her lifestyle. In November we moved her into a newly renovated patio home. The whole process was relatively painless and made easier by the wonderful facility staff. She is very happy in her new home, has joined many activities offered by V-espirit and has quickly made many friends in the community. We are thrilled to have her close to us and we know that she will be happy and well cared for at V-espirit.

My wife and I are searching for an active adult community in the Denver suburbs and recently visited V-Esprit. It has become our first choice among the various communities we toured. The location is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are outstanding. The amount of available activities and the fitness facilities are second to none.<br><br>We had the opportunity to meet several community residents and staff members who were really friendly and helpful. Another aspect that stood out for us was that we met with the founding owner of the entire development, Peter Torrens, who personally conducted both a first and second tour for us. He took the time to patiently and openly answer all of our questions and explain the details in becoming residents of V-Esprit. We found it interesting and refreshing that the community has an owner who is on-site regularly and takes great personal pride in it, as opposed to a large corporation with multiple properties.<br><br>Overall, we are truly excited about the prospect of moving to V-Esprit in the near future.
