They were very professional and caring with my mother. At a time that is very hard for the family, they were very compassionate, and responsive. They provided all of the equipment needed, and at Mom's passing, they even contacted the mortuary for us. I'm so grateful for the care that McKayla and Melanie gave to our mother. Thank you for all you did for Mom and our family.

My mother had the great fortune of receiving care from Utah Home Health and Hospice. She began services with home health as she had a Charcot foot. She received care from physician and nurse prescribe, nursing, nursing aides, OT and PT. My mother later transitioned to hospice. Here's the comforting thing, rarely did the staff change (turnover). I'm fact she had two nurses and a dedicated nurses, Ben ( awesome), Stacie (strong clinical skills), Melanie (in mom's last 47 hrs on earth), aide MyKala (dedicated angel), and responsive office staff. Communication was excellent. When I was a nurse at Huntsman Cancer Hospital (20 years ago) we found Utah Home Health and Hospice to be the best in the area. I was glad they were still in business. Which speaks to their solid care practice.

As a family we very much appreciated the care Utah Home Health and Hospice provided our mother. Her comfort—and ours—was their only concern. They were always willing to answer questions and offer help. When our mother passed away. They immediately responded and took care of all the preparations including notifying the mortuary. They are the best!

I can’t say enough about our incredible experience with Sara as our nurse. She is one of the kindest and most compassionate people Ive ever met. She was so knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions and put us at ease. It takes a special someone to make such a difficult situation as smooth and painless as she did. We love Sara and really appreciate her responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to take care of our family.

Melanie is my Dad's nurse who visits him 5 or 6 days a week. She is great to administer insulin injections to him. She has built up a relationship with him that is professional, kind and caring. He trusts her and listens to her. It is of great peace of mind she or one of her team members visits him daily. We have been working with UHHH for almost 2 years and have been very satisfied and pleased with their care and concern for my parents.
