⚠️!!HORRIBLE PLACE!!⚠️ all we've ever gotten whether it's from this location or a sister location they're neglectful and abusive to the elders! My grandma just had to be pulled because not only have they been leaving her in her waste ALL DAY CONSTANTLY even when we'd get them in trouble for it they continued to think we're stupid, yes my grandma has mental disorders but she is still a good woman and we have never done anything to these people and even if we have that still doesn't make it right to neglect their jobs when its extremely important my grandma only went here because she was in trouble and needed help I can't believe we trusted this place with something so important as my grandma's life please if you value your elders do not let the same they did to mine happen to yours because of the neglect of the workers and people there.

We just placed my grandmother so I could have brain surgery a family member goes to check on her and she hadn't been changed in 2 days she was soaked from head to toe she had been laying in piss and she was dehydrated her urine was blood red the they had the audacity to acuse my aunt of almost dropping her to get her changed she lifts an helps her often since everyone in the family is a retired nurse. Licenses will be reviewed and be pulled.idk how this place got 5 stars but I'm pretty sure it was retaliation but it's all going to reported

My 36 year old disabled cousin lives at University Park and he loves it and so do we! The loving, patient and skilled staff are such a comfort. The head of housekeeping is a wonderful, cheerful and kind woman who works hard and keeps everything clean. Thank y’all 😍
