Please do not bring your loved ones to this facility. The quality of care and the interactions with staff were both horrible everytime we visited. They put my family member in severe danger more than once with no apology or explanation, just a horrible attitude. This is the type of place where people go to be neglected and die unfortunately.

Thos place is horrible my used to be step dad is at that facility right now and has bed sores on his feet hasnt been groomed and doesn't turn him. He isn't expected to make it in up coming days and he is being treated this way. How shame is this. Supposed to make your patients better not worse I will be making a complaint

This place is horrible. All they care about is money. My mom was literally there. They put her out on Thanksgiving gave me a two day notice. She literally had no clothes or anything. I had ended up buying her stuff. They replaced some of her stuff back but most of her stuff come up missing so no point in taking your family members close up there cause it’s just gonna come up missing and they don’t replace it. I’ll still to this day. I have not received my jacket then I’ll let my mom borrow. My mom kept complaining about a pain that she had. They did not listen to her. She kept telling him it hurt, but she thought it was because of the cord that she had in her to go to the bathroom. No, the reason she was in pain and she was complaining that it hurt was because she had an infection in her private area. She hasn’t even been two days out of the nursing home and she’s back in the hospital while she was in the nursing home she got assaulted about another elderly lady. They did nothing the nurses well some of the nurses treated her like crap. They would literally leave her sitting on the toilet for a long time when she pulled the cord not come and get her all they said was all she did was complain. I regret my mom coming and staying at this place.
