UniqueAid is a great company to work for. They are very supportive, treat both employees and clients with respect, and are always prompt and responsive when communication is needed. I’ve had a great experience with this home care agency overall. The company is well-organized, supportive, and truly cares about both their clients and caregivers. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed clarification, my coordinator Ms.Melissa has been incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to communicate with. She always takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure I feel supported and understood. It really makes a difference working with someone who is dependable and genuinely cares. I’m grateful to be part of such a great company and would definitely recommend them to others.

Ever since I started working here a couple of months ago, I’ve been treated respectfully and have gained a lot of knowledge! Ms. Melissa is one of the kindest people I’ve met so far—always positive and understanding. Her guidance has played a huge role throughout my entire experience, from the beginning to now. Every time I worried about the smallest things, she would bring positivity and alleviate any worries or doubts I had. I would recommend Unique Aid to anyone trying to become a caretaker! They also never fail to mail gifts out on certain holiday and special events I truly appreciate it!

I use unique aid for my son's home health care services. My main go-to person is Melissa, but everyone from unique aid is amazing!! When I have an issue they are quick to help me in any way needed!!! I strongly suggest using them as your home health aide service.

Yes. Unique Aid is a Medicare-certified home health agency, so Medicare Part A or Part B pays in full for skilled nursing, therapy and home health aide visits when a doctor orders them and the patient is homebound. There is no copay for covered home health visits.
For Medicare to pay, yes: a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant must certify that care is needed and sign a plan of care.
