Rex Rehab is a wonderful place for Rehabilitation as well as Long term care. The entire staff truly cares for their residents. The Administrators are very easy to work with and know their residence by name. The entire place is clean and updated. Best place around Southern Wake County by far. Our family feels so blessed that our love one feels very much at home at Rex Rehab. Bingo always helps too!

Came to this location yesterday to visit my grandma just broke her leg. The entire building is kept up with cleaning very thoroughly! All the staff we encountered were fantastic. She felt very cared for, safe and in good hands. Fresh clean smell throughout which isn’t always common. Last location in Raleigh when she got hurt was a nightmare so we really appreciate this spot!

From Brenda to Alex and all the other nurses I dealt with there at Rex Rehab - Apex you guys were all amazing. My Dad Timmy Mathews was a resident there for just over 4 years until he passed on June 7, 2025. All of the staff I spoke with everytime I called had such passion for my dad. Its only been the last 2 years or so that I have really dealt with the staff there since my dad's sister passed away. Once his sister passed I was notified that I was in charge of making all his medical decisions. When I got the call 2 weeks before his passing telling me that they think its time to look at Hospice for him due to him having Stage 5 kidney failure and not being able to do dialysis. I spoke with staff there and they helped with with the decision and were wonderful with answering questions I had. I know my dad loved being there with the staff. Thank you again so much for all the care you guys gave him. I've been in health care for 20+ years and never thought I would be on the other side of it like this. Again Thank You for the care and support you gave my dad.

I can’t say enough about the incredible care my mother received at Rex Apex during the last eight months of her life. Moving her from independent living to full-time care was one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever faced, but the staff at Rex Apex made that journey one filled with compassion, dignity, and love. They didn’t just care for my mom—they truly knew her. They treated her like family, with kindness, respect, and a deep, genuine connection. When she passed, their heartfelt stories and presence brought me comfort I’ll never forget. It was the peaceful and loving farewell she deserved. Thank you to everyone at Rex Apex for walking with us through such a vulnerable time. Your compassion and dedication left a lasting impact on our family, and I’ll always be grateful. This facility was life changing for our family.
