I have been with this company for years, and I swear they never get it Right They have been over billing to the state which is against the law. And me being the client has to suffer. I lose hours because of this, every year there's an issue with the PCA"s quitting so I get a new one I feel an investigation is necessary And as soon as possible Now I just lost another PCA due to the fact that the PCA is not getting paid from this company
