I don't think they have made any improvements since it was built! If the owners had to live there one month, I bet improvements would be made VERY soon. I know residents do not get the care they deserve. The reason they give the resident for not answering their call light for a half hour to an hour, "We are under staffed". Their reason for not walking a resident when they should, "under staffed"! Makes a person sick to think you have worked and saved all your life to spend $5,00.00 A month a on such care.
