Our family will always be grateful for the incredible care and compassion we received from this hospice team during one of the most difficult times in our lives. When we made the decision to bring our mom home, they went above and beyond by traveling outside of their typical service area to ensure she could receive the care she needed in the comfort of her own home. The nurses and CNAs were not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but they also treated our mom with such kindness, dignity, and respect. They took the time to educate our family about what to expect throughout the hospice journey, helping us feel more prepared and less afraid of the unknown. Their guidance, patience, and willingness to answer every question brought us tremendous comfort. What touched us most was the genuine compassion they showed—not just to our mom, but to our entire family. During a heartbreaking and emotional time, they provided reassurance, support, and a caring presence that made all the difference. Because of this amazing team, our mom was able to spend her final days surrounded by the people she loved most. We can never fully express our gratitude for the care, dignity, and comfort they provided. We wholeheartedly recommend this hospice company to any family seeking compassionate end-of-life care for a loved one.

They were each fantastic! I appreciate them answering all of my questions. Giving me guidance to a quick recovery, all in the comfort of my home. Not having to worry about a driver, waiting for someone to see me. Thank you!

Mission statements are still important. I was give 3 different pamphlets when I was in the hospital. All three had great services for my needs but Tru North takes a "holistic" stance. If I can go the more natural or healthy route I will choose that over standard Healthcare. Kami and Richard are really great to work with. They come and do my physical therapy. They're always happy and upbeat and positive. That matters to us patients that need the help and support and don't want to do anything on that day. The only thing I would like to point out that could be fixed is that I put my brother down as my emergency contact and he had been getting phone calls up until yesterday. He is NOT my back up phone number. I don't live with him. I don't know why he kept receiving phone calls. I called Tru North a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Jane and told her not to call my brother. She told me she would pass it onto the team. I honestly can't remember if I filled out other paperwork that asked for all my contact information. Other than that everything has been great!

After a hospital stay my husband required followup care with Home Health and PT services. True North was selected. Pleased with initial services. Then my husband was admitted to hospital for medical issues on 2 different occasions After each stay we requested True North. We found the services to be very professional and the attendants were friendly and caring to his needs. Also received calls prior to their arrival. 24/7 number given in case of questions or additional advice necessary during his HH and PT care. True North is highly recommended by this household .

True North took over the PT & OT at my home when I left Encompass after about 12 days of therapy in their gym. I was ready to go home but still needed a wheelchair. It was all I could do to just get in and out of the bathroom at Encompass. I wondered how well this was going to work. I am 84 years old and my wife is not far behind me. The thought of her managing my needs during recovery would be difficult. I tripped over my own shoes in the garage and took a hard fall. The Rotator Cuff on left shoulder was badly torn and my right hip took most of the fall. At my age shoulder surgery did not seem like a good option. The True North team rolled into action when I was released from Encompass. This was not a “new rodeo” for them. True North (Dani) quickly figured out the PT that was needed for my shoulder and hip without ever seeing any imaging. She put a plan together and left me with instructions in writing to follow between visits. • The True North Team was on time for the visits. • They called and let me know they were on the way. • Always check vitals and asked how they could help me. • I felt the team was very well qualified to help me recover. Dani worked with me to understand the exercises. She seemed to know exactly how to exercise the right muscles. I am now walking (guarded) in the house with a cane. I even went out to dinner with my wife at our favorite Mexican Restaurant using a walker. I managed to get in and out of the car ok. I contribute my recovery success to Dani and the True North team.
