Overall, my family and family member who resides at Trinity Glen. Nothing beats home, however when the care your loved one needs, exceeds what can be provided in the home, Trinity Glen is sufficient. The cleanliness of all areas of the facility, the personable staff interactions with the family and the residents, even the transportation staff to transport my family member to appointments have all been wonderful experiences.

Mom recently arrived at Trinity Glen (after a fall) for rehab. 5 star all the way-professional, caring, attentive staff, excellent rehab experience, very accommodating and great food! Mom was at TG before 8 years ago for therapy. If anything, they have "stepped up" their efforts. Can't say enough good things about the experience there. JDC

I cannot brag enough on all the staff at Trinity Glen. The people that kept the facilities clean did a great job. It seemed no matter what time of day I went someone was always cleaning. The Therapists always kept me informed of my mother in laws process. The kitchen staff did their best to accommodate my mother in laws dietary needs. The CNA's were always smiling and kind. The office staff were beyond helpful. New friends were made there. Every time I went the "Golden Girls" (residents) had a friendly hello. Last but not least was the "graduation" send off. The staff gathered at the entrance and gave a cheerful send off. If the need ever arose for me to go to a rehab center I would choose Trinity Glen for myself.

Mom moved into Trinity Glen recently and loves it. I had visited and toured a number of places and Trinity Glen stood out. Very clean, nicely updated. Rooms are as spacious as any skilled nursing facility. They have a large gym for rehab and is staffed with PT and OT. The house physician is top notch. We spoke at length on the phone about her care. The staff has been most welcoming to her. She likes the food, and most importantly she is safe and has 24/7 nursing care.

What a difference from the last rehab facility. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. I have noticed how kind the staff is to their patients, even taking the time to sit with them while they eat. While visiting my family member one day, her roommate received a visit from two of her therapist that came just to sit and talk. How nice was that? Who does that? The staff at Trinity Glen seem genuine and caring. She even says the food is good and they always offer to take her to the dining room to eat. Every time we visit and are in the public areas, the staff always makes an effort to say hello. My family member was admitted into rehab, but will be staying there long term. She is very happy and content there and she feels safe. Thank you all for making such a difference in the lives of our loved ones. I have no complaints and highly recommend Trinity Glen.
