Tri-flexsi home health care are negligent, rude, and don’t care about Anything other than Money they received from the insurance. The nurse is hostile and would stress out your love, one more than they needed to tri-flexsi as for a second opportunity the they simply left my abandon and the middle of his wound care to refuse to say that they can no longer take them on as a patient because it’s too far for them after they committed, and they accept it from the insurance I will be filling a variance. And u should too speak up and let’s get this homehealth under investigation and Closed it’s a family business

This place is scary. I've seen someone who weight 120 lbs check in and loose over 15 lbs in less than a few weeks. He and the other patients said they only get a spoonfull of food. I only ever witnessed bolony sandwiches being served. I would bring him food and he would wolf it down saying he hadn't eaten in 4 days. On November 16th I walked in to the foyer and his tv in the very back of the house was blaring so she would not hear his cryes to be taken to the rest room. He can walk is all she said. I asked to have him changed because he was laying in his waste and she just kept saying she was leaving on Monday and go back to her soap opera. She wouldn't even empty his urine jugs. See picture. So he would pour them in the emptied juice and water bottles I had brought him the week before to keep from smelling. See the Juice and water bottles he would pour his urine in. I had to changed him myself and saw only a rubber sheet to lay on. Used his robe to cover because she would not give him a blanket. Between starving and laying in his own filth rotting I don't know how much worse hell could get.

Tri-Flexsi Home Health Care has serviced the medical community in Houston for over 15 years. We have serviced patients from all hospitals in the Texas Medical Center. We have gone over and beyond to give the best care possible to our clients. As the owner of Tri-Flexsi Home Health Care, a mother of 3 children and caring for the elderly population, I drove around a cone in a school parking lot because I was running late. There were no children around the area and as a mother and caregiver, I would never bring harm to anyone. I apologized publicly (to the community) and to the school district for my actions. The school district apologized for the actions of their teacher. I don’t want my bad judgement to overshadow the good work of Tri-Flexsi. Tri-Flexsi is committed to provide quality health care to the city of Houston and its surrounding counties.

Rita will not care about your loved one's health nor safety! I'm appalled by the lack of common sense that this woman should have, seeing that she is supposed to be a care provider. If you love your family, go somewhere else.
