if you want to send your parents/loved ones to a awful place here it is!! mice everywhere, management or admissions is an absolute joke. i took my father out of here a few weeks ago after what i heard and saw, Nurses absolutely degrading their CNAS which i find hilarious due to the fact that anytime my father needed anything the cnas were the only ones to find. asked a nurse once for a blanket for my dad, she rolled her eyes and said “these girls are absolutely useless” and laughed. dont get me started with the food with no condiments or even a fork on the tray. absolutely disgusting and ridiculous.

Was in the area today and decided to stop in and see my godmother who was sitting in her own pee in her own soaked diaper , fingernails are long and black , went lunch was served there was no condiments on the tray and her food was cold , during my 45 minute visit I had to come across two mice one in the bathroom && one in my godmothers room , she said at this point she is no longer scared of them because they live there too . Very heartbreaking too see , will be planing on removing my godmother from this nursing home after speaking with family

My sister had been at Tremont for a couple of years with Alzheimer’s, recently passing away. The staff was incredibly caring to my sister. She loved the staff and they loved her! My heart was filled knowing when I couldn’t be there she was in good hands . I want to say that the aid Jocelyn was so loving and attentive to my sister, she is a very special person. Kelly W

I'm really not a person, that likes to complain. CNA's are supposed to be, calling the healthcare proxy. Not asking the patient, if they want to go too the hospital? Obviously the patient is going to say no.. You can't go out, an entrance at Tremont nursing & rehab. after 4 PM cause, the alarm will go off. So you have to go out the front, not good lighting, walk down the sidewalk and when you don't have good balance it's bad. I apologized to Amanda the nurse on the night shift, that works on the A side & B wing. She also said she was sorry, we've smoothed things out. Other nurse's & CNA's are also wonderful workers to. P.T is great! I like how they really push the patient's!

My aunt is a patient with dementia. The Team at Tremont could not be better, from the cleanliness of the facility, my aunt's outstanding appearance, and the direct communication of any issues. The Team there are a caring group of people. We feel safe for my aunt Flo, she is getting the best care around, by an outstanding Team of people. Recently we added her to the Hospice Team, we get 3 or 4 direct communications per week, the Hospice Team is really caring, they have been also setting up and conducting face time with my mom, relaying each visit with a call as well with Flo's updates. It's never easy to place a loved one in a long term care facility, but I have to say we were very lucky to have found Tremont. Thank to all the folks at Tremont, you are truly above the rest. With al the Covid issues over the past year, they have had some cases there, they reach out personally and call to give updates about Flo and the facility. We could not ask for more.
