One star is for the excellent care provider they gave us. After the caretaker was in place, the business supplied little or no support to the client or their employee. I will say this: If you hire these people, review CAREFULLY the contract before you sign it. If you want to work for these people, CAREFULLY read the contract you are required to sign. Now that my sister has passed away ... these people only care about the money. We actually had to pay $40,000 to get my sister and her care taker out of their contracts. When the care taker had an emergency (we thought a stroke) and called the owner to send help to my sister's house, he told her, "I don't have anyone; you'll have to take care of it yourself." He also told his employee to "have [my sister's] family take care of her." Employee: "they aren't capable of taking care of her." He NEVER checked on his employee or on my sister (his client) to see if she had care while his employee was hospitalized and recovering. This experience happened late November/early December. For Christmas he left a loaf of Kneader's Bread on her porch - and a $25 check for his employee. Once we signed the contract with Treasured Moments, and the caretaker was placed, the only time we heard from them was if a check was late.
