Excellent staff. Very friendly, caring and RESPONSIVE. They even do house calls ! I never thought I'd live to see that again. My wife has progressive dementia and I can't say enough about their attention to her. Even one of her caregivers signed up with them when she saw how well they worked with my wife. Peter Wolf

We visited the new urgent care facility in the Village of Oak Creek today and were extremely impressed. Tracy, the family nurse practitioner, provided outstanding care — she was thorough, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. What really stands out is how quickly we were seen and how smoothly everything went. Having an urgent care right here in the Village is a huge benefit to our community, especially since the nearest options have always been in West Sedona, Camp Verde, or Cottonwood. Highly recommend this team and so grateful they’re here.

I don’t post very many reviews in my life but tracy was amazing. She provided me very good patient care and educated me on me on my diagnosis and medication options for me and my condition. Staff was also very friendly when I first walked in and was greeted with smiles. Thank you tracy for everything you provided me with! ☺️

Me and my husband took a trip to Sedona last weekend and during the trip I was experiencing really bad pelvic pain and painful urination. During my trip me and my husband made an emergency stop at T-Real medical. The clinic was very clean and staff were very friendly. I saw FNP tracy and she was amazing. I barely had to wait to be seen, she provided me with a lot information on UTI's and how to treat it. I got fast treatment and instant relief!! I ended up enjoying the rest of my vacation in Sedona all thanks to her :) I recommend this place to anyone who is seeking fast and affordable care!!!!! ask for tracy she was amazing and totally recommend!
