We are buying a home here and very much looking forward to the amenities and community. It's the nicest 55+ community I've ever seen. Quiet and peaceful as well as gorgeous surroundings.

My friend lives at Sedona Shadows. It is a great place to live. The homes are not very close together. There is a club house, a gym with ample exercise equipment, a pool, and a bar-b-cue area surrounded by beautiful views of the nearby mountains.

This community might be a great place to live if you have money to burn. All you need to do is see how many homes are for sale to know that something is seriously wrong. The lot fees range from $800 - $1,000! And that doesn't include water/sewer and garbage pick-up. I feel sorry for the people who are trapped in their homes because they can't sell them due to the outrageous lot fees. If you decide to live here, you better not plan on leaving because you will never be able to find a buyer.
