I was here with my mother for an open house / BBQ picnic event.
We enjoyed the food and the music and the kindness of all the staff.
I have visited a close friend here and I was very impressed with how they were cared for and protected.
The facilities were clean, spacious and modern.
I really got the feeling that this was a place that treated their patients as they would want their own family cared for.

Grandmother has passed away and she had lived in A wing for the better part of a year. She had a fall which fractured her shoulder and this was never disclosed with the manager!! I also hear how the manager doesn’t treat employees well and they don’t show up! How can you dare promise consistent top care?!!

Edit: after a conversation with Lisa, the nurse in staff, I was told that Chris, the executive director, boasts about being unliked in the community. She finds it humorous and can’t see she’s amounted to nothing for the community except a face that shows up and does the bare minimum. She grows a line on her face for each decent employee she’s made leave!
