This was a tough decision and very challenging but the staff made the transition perfect. Traditions has given my father a great opportunity to interact with people on a daily basis which is what he needed.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!
When my aunt died suddenly, Traditions of Deerfield charged my dead aunt an $1,800+ fee for not giving her 30 day notice! It's one thing if she moved out without giving enough notice but you don't know when you will die!
This is just one of many despicable ways this greedy corporation conducts business as usual.
My family and I are saddened and sickened to have Ever walked through their doors! A Truly heartless, faceless corporation!

No way in hell would I recommend Traditions of Deerfield for assisted living. My sister moved there 4 years ago. In addition to numerous problems we encountered, when my sister died there mid-month, they had the nerve to not only bill her for the full month, they charged her an additional 30 days for not giving a 30-day notice. Aside from the courteous reception staff, the Director of Admissions and the Director of Nursing gave us perfunctory service...in a word, despicable.
