Don't Take You're Family Member There ...My Sister Was Abused and Neglected After She Started To Decline ..I Could Write A Book, But The Above Sums It Up ..Very Few Good CNAS And Nurses There. Here's A Few Things She Went Thru...One Nurse Had Her Screaming Cause They Were Hurting Her Trying To Get A Test Done ..Went Out The Door and Mocked Her In Front of everyone in the Lobby and Nothing Was Done About It...She Also Had Bruises From Rough Handling ...Was Also Thrown In A Wheelchair By An Aide...They Never Did Skincare Unless You Stayed On Them..Was Starting To Get A Bedsore. They Didnt Tell Us She Couldnt Eat Or Swallow Til It Was To Late And She Aspirated. ...Caught Sepsis There And They Let Her Dehydrate Bad ...Was Told that at The ER.. Nurses Gave Her To Much Insulin Several Times And Sugar Dropped Real Low... . Tried to get Nursing Home To Start an IV But They Kept Saying She Was Okay ..So Glad We Had A Camera In Her Room...No Telling What Other Residents Go Through..Its Really Sad That They Don't Care ..My Sister Was So Vulnerable And Went Thru A Lot ..And She Died in September 2024 ..She had been there 5 Years ...If Your Family Member Is Declining , Be Careful Where You Take Them.

My daddy has been at Traceway since December 2022. He started out in Cedars Rehab after hospital stay and after recovery was moved to Simerson House for long term care. He is always very happy and is extremely well cared for. You could not have your loved one in a more excellent environment. You will have peace of mind and know that they are treated with kindness, love and respect.

My father was at Cedars for 4 months for rehabilitation of a broken femur. All the staff made this stressful experience an easy one. From administrative staff, to the nurses, physicians, therapists, CNAs, food services, and house keeping, all made us feel as if daddy was their main priority. The staff knew us by name and became wonderful friends along this journey. The facility was always clean and safe. I knew my daddy was in the best place for his healing. I would highly recommend Cedars .

My Aunt was a resident at Traceway. Everything was fine until she was unable to live in the assisted living area & had to be moved to the nursing home section there. Once there she had her belongings stolen, and she was abused by the so-called caregivers. I encouraged my Aunt’s immediate family to bring a lawsuit against Traceway but they declined stating that my Aunt wouldn’t want that, which was probably true. However, there will be a reckoning someday to the management & staff of Traceway. If not in this life, then in the next.

My sweet sister was mistreated, had her clothes, money and personnel items stolen. She was not allowed to watch her Sunday church service. It was a nightmare.
