I was there to help with early voting. My contact with the workers and residents was heart warming. The workers were very efficient and helpful with the residents. I would consider living there if I were to not be able to live alone. I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a facility such as this one. It was a pleasure seeing how well everyone is taken care of.

The Staff that I interact with are very pleasant , courteous and helpful. Most times when I do visit, I am greeted with a friendly hello by Nadine at the front desk. She has a lovely personality.

Townhouse Center for Rehab and Nursing has been nothing short of a Godsend for our family. After facing a really difficult period with my 93 year old dad who has dementia, I am still practically pinching myself for having found these folks. Silvi in admissions worked tirelessly to help us when it seemed like all other facilities and care managers had forsaken us. My Dad has been at townhouse now just over a week and we could not be more pleased. From PT to Entertainment, to admin, social work, even concierge and of course the care team, everyone seems to know my Dad and have a GENUINE interest in actually helping him. I know that sounds basic. But trust me, it is not. My father has been better than I have seen him in months because of the attention, stimulation, and care given by the folks at Townhouse. They really do care. They actually want to help him and us. I am greeted almost daily by a new staff member with encouragement and additional assistance. They made a very difficult transition the easiest thing I've done for my Dad in months. The vibe there is real and it just feels like it's a home not a facility. You feel genuine care and support and that truly makes all the difference. Thank you SO much!!

I had a really good experience with Townhouse Rehabilitation. The staff was kind, patient, and always willing to help. Everyone made my family member feel comfortable and treated them with respect, which meant a lot to us. The place was clean and well taken care of, and communication was good whenever we had questions. You can tell the staff truly cares about the people there and wants them to do well. I would definitely recommend Townhouse Rehabilitation to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated well and looked after.

Our experience at Townhouse Rehab and Nursing was genuinely great from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and welcoming, which made a stressful time so much easier. The staff consistently went out of their way to be helpful, and it was clear they cared about the people in their care—not just as patients, but as individuals. The environment felt calm and well-maintained, and there was always someone available to answer questions or offer support. It’s not easy trusting a facility with a loved one, but Townhouse made that trust feel well placed. We left feeling thankful and confident in the care that was provided. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others looking for a positive, compassionate rehab experience.
