I do not recommend this place at all. There has been cases of abuse at this facility. It is posted on the wall in the facility the amount of types there have been reports. Caregivers abusing of seniors and nothing being done about it. If you care about your parents you would not bring them to this facility. There are several other places such as Clearwater and Ivy League that have better care than town & country. I suggest setting up cameras in your loved one home. There is alot of dark things that happen inside those rooms that is not being talked about.

My Mom has been with T&C for about 6 months in a studio. It's been a great experience so far. The staff is incredible. The dinning room is great with multiple meals a day. I meet her for meals a couple times a month. I've always been impressed by how great the young staff is. There are lots of activities to stay busy with and the residents are positive and seem to look after each other. Take a tour. You'll be impressed. Thank you T&C.

My mother was admitted from St. Joe’s on 7/21/2025 and has been here since. She has received nothing but the best care. She participates in daily physical therapy and has been making steady progress. Her medications are always administered on time, and the meals are both good and tasty — I sample her food myself. She receives regular baths, has her clothes changed daily, and the staff keeps her laundry for me to wash. They keep me updated on any changes, and there is plenty of bilingual staff, which helps my mother feel comfortable and ensures all her needs are met. I would give a 5 star, but there is always room for improvement.

9/13/24: There is something wrong with this place. Most of the staff is not very helpful or happy. I came across many rude people who work there in all departments (especially on the weekend ). My mom was left unattended and ended up with an infection. They moved her room and we finally got a caring nurse on the other side of the building in station 5. My mom went there after leaving the hospital with a broken leg and her health declined a lot. Even the doctor didn’t care. They brag about bring 5 star but it definitely isn’t! If I could do zero stars I would. I’m glad she’s out of there now and at a different place getting true 5 star service like she deserves.

One of the best retirement homes in orange county. It was founded by the Alliance church organization to serve the retired pastoral staff especially those who served overseas. It's a blessing to the commnity as well.
