Clarissa declined my Father's entrance to their facility. No explanation. If there was a possibility of less than one star, that's what they would I give.

My first review from 4 years ago and this review are related to the Town & Country Skilled Nursing Facility. Originally my mom went to T & C in April 2021, with the understanding she would not be able to return home due to needing around the clock care. My mom was there until her passing in May 2025. From the first day until her final day there, she received nothing but exceptional care, kindness and professionalism. The nursing staff never failed to call me when there were any changes with my mom's condition. I thoroughly understand nothing and no one is perfect, but I genuinely had no issues with any of the services and care my mom received in the 4 years she was there. I am so very grateful for everything the staff at T & C did for my mom to always make her comfortable and smile. She was interested in their families and they would share pictures with my mom making her smile. As a daughter, what more could I ask for than people showing my mom kindness and taking time to hear her and include her. I love you all and will never forget how each of you individually touched our hearts. Thank you, Town and Country Skilled Nursing Facility. I am forever grateful for the care and kindness everyone there showed to my mom. After 4 years, I still highly recommend Town & Country.

A Gem of a facility. I've helped elderly friends in several but this place is a step up. They have wonderful staff. They care. I truly appreciate all the care they have been giving dear friend. God Bless you
