I was doing my job working for them and handling mostly everything myself on my training days of the three days, with only light assisting and help when I needed it during the staff training. Once I was on my last training day for the floor, and after completing the 30-hour online training before these shifts, I was told they were letting me go at the end of my 3rd shift (I had already been working on the floor for 2 days). Prior to. I had been there since 3pm, and they only told me at 10pm that they were letting me go, an hour before my shift ended at 11pm. The house manager was never there when I was working, (on the floor) yet she came to tell me they were letting me go because of made-up lies, saying I was cussing at clients, not listening, and crying that I was leaving while still clocked in. I have not been late for any on-floor shift, nor do I swear in general. They are saying lies about me (not listening) and believing the residents’ lies about me even though there are cameras there. They only paid me for the computer training days, which kind of makes sense, but I will be taking this further and will not let them get away with this. I did nothing wrong, look at their cameras themselves! (Inside) DO NOT RECOMMEND TOUCH OF HOME ❗️
