My aunt went on vacation and before she went the agency was informed on the vacation they stated the will handle everything with the state. When my aunt came back and called them they told her they would send her someone and they never did. We called them to ask for the case manager number from the state to try and switch agencies and they told us we don't have a worker. I work in the medical field and I know that this isn't right. There was no follow up and no consideration for the family. All they cared about was a check.
