I cannot say enough great things about Toledo home healthcare ! Their team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care, communication, and support. A special shoutout to Sade , who is truly one of the best liaisons I’ve worked with. She is professional, compassionate, responsive, and always willing to help however she can. Sade makes the entire process smooth and stress-free, and her dedication to patients and families really shows. Toledo home healthcare is lucky to have someone so knowledgeable and caring representing them. Highly recommend!

I called after receiving a referral for my mother from her case manager. The person answered the phone and said “hello”. I thought I dialed the wrong number, I asked if I was calling Toledo Home Healthcare. She replied “ yes, what do you need”. I asked “is this how you answer the phone “ . She said “Yes, what do you need”. I said “Nothing, there is no way I want to deal with this place”. If this is the service you get from the initial phone call, there is NO WAY I would have them in my mother’s home. Shame on them!!!

It's truly sad when you cannot find good help or aides anymore I love owner of the company but not so much aides one come to my home late and leave early without completing her shift every day and aways on her phone and complaining about her job and it shows in work for 9
