Ms. Eileen is the best. Very knowledgeable and does what she says she will do. She was our lifeline in a very stressful time. She will walk you through the whole process of registering and receiving your loved one. . My father has been there just over a week but so far the staff has been so great. He has dementia a long with other challenging factors and can get confused and agitated. They have been handling his care with understanding.

I am SO thankful for everyone at TLC that helped with taking care of my sweet Nana. I can't think of one complaint. They took such good care of her and she felt so loved. It's a blessing to know your loved one had the best care until the very end. I will forever be thankful for them!❤️

As a recently reunited family member to one of the patients, my son and I were both extremely impressed with the compassionate level of care provided, specifically by our relative's primary nurse Jackie. She certainly went well above any expectations we could have had and her dedication towards treating patients as though they were her own family members is certainly greatly appreciated. Lastly, the location site is absolutely beautiful as are the facilities and we are told the food is delicious by our relative. What a wonderful place TLC is to be in during your final years as a senior citizen and to live out your final days for those receiving hospice care. Thank you to the entire team!

This facility has a home-like setting, out in the country, with good home cooked food with dietary services within the facility. It offers high quality therapy up to 7 days a week and outcomes once patients return back home is effective with little returns to hospital. Their management is effective and administration will listen to any concerns patients or families may have, to make the stay everything someone hoped for. The staff is friendly and love their patients and want the best outcomes. I have been to many facilities and I am aware all are not the same, so if your looking for a great place for your family, look into TLC for compassionate caregivers, great management and well taken care of patients
